Good Morning,
Here is one of my Lunch Note cards. It is a little 3 x 3 card that I put in my daughters lunch bag. I love leaving little notes, randomly and just because. I hope that it brings smiles to my daughters faces when I do this, and also creates memories for them.
I used the SOG "Believe" stamp she is so glamorous. I did have to crop her though.
I also love the word Believe. It is a word that inspires me to try new things, and to continue on with things, when perhaps a feeling of tediousness sets in.
This particular card reminded my youngest to Believe in Fairies. It is a big conversation topic in our home.
What kinds of things do you like to create, "Just Because"? By all means, please share, I love getting new ideas.
Happy Krafting,
Hugs,
Tanya

Happy Father's Day!
Happy Father's Day!
Made this for my husband, who is an amazing Dad. Added the mustache to make him a bit more manly. Not that my husband can grow a mustache!
I love using my Prismacolour pencils, and blending them with Gamsol. It is a fun way to pass the day!
What did you do for Father's Day? The best part for me is seeing what the girls brought home for him. Priceless! Not to mention he keeps everything too.

Stampotique Artist Trading Cards
Hello,
I ADORE my Stampotique Originals stamps, and recently found time to start following their Facebook Page.
I joined the May/June 2014 ATC swap, the challenge being to use a postage stamp and Stampotique Rubber stamp(s).
I made these two and sent them on their way to Australia. They made it safe and sound.
I can't wait for the next Swap. Do any of you swap ATC'S? I would love to join in. Let me know.
Happy Krafting,
Hugs,
Tanya

Excuse me, the bird feeder is empty
Good Afternoon,
When I created this card, I had Sheena in mind, she has a backyard full of critters, and she posts pictures of them all the time. I can just see one of you furry pals at the window, asking for food! I gifted this to her as well.
After having made the card, my eldest announces to me that squirrels do not eat out of bird feeders. Not 30 minutes later, on our way out, did we find a huge black squirrel trying to get into our homemade milk carton bird feeder.
7034-I Bunch of Grass
I enjoyed coloring this card. The techniques I used were masking (for the grass and the squirrel) and decoupage. I have the top portion of the squirrel popped out. The rest was gluing, coloring, blending etc.
Have a fantastic day!
Do any of you get critters other than birds in your feeders? If so, what kinds.
Keep Krafting,
Hugs,
Tanya

That's what it's all about!
You do the hokey pokey and your turn yourself about, that's what it's all about!
Good Morning!
The sun is shining, the birds have been up since 3 am. It is going to be a 30 degree Celsius kind of day.
Have you ever noticed how much fun a "murder" of crows seem to be having. I think they may know just what it is all about. When I put these fab stamps in my cart, I knew I had to have them doing the Hokey Pokey.
Eat Cake Graphics stamps used:

5081-E Crow “talk to the wing”
5082-D Crow looking forward
5083-D Crow with wings on hips

A group of crows is called a “murder.” There are several different explanations for the origin of this term, mostly based on old folk tales and superstitions.
But the term “murder of crows” mostly reflects a time when groupings of many animals had colorful and poetic names. Other fun examples of “group” names include: an ostentation of peacocks, a parliament of owls, a knot frogs, and a skulk of foxes."
Have Suntastic day and Happy Krafting!
Hugs,
Tanya
